How quickly will I receive my order?
Most first orders ship within 48 business hours after final approval. Rush 24-hour service is available for urgent cases.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No minimum order quantity – order 1 case or 1,000. We offer volume discounts starting at 50+ cases.
How much can I customize the packaging?
Every element is customizable, including custom boxes/pouches in your brand colors.
Can I supply my own materials?
Yes! We accept your preferred aligner sheets and packaging materials.
Are shipping charges included?
Domestic Standard shipping is included. Express Shipping is billed at defined rates.
What's your return policy?
We guarantee defect-free aligners. If any issue arises due to our production, we'll reprint and ship replacements immediately at no cost.
What if the aligners don't fit properly?
We handle fit issues differently based on your service level:
- For Full-Service Cases (Planning + Production):
- Free replacements if the mismatch results from our planning/production
- Includes new STL refinement at no cost
- Priority 24-hour reprocessing
- For Manufacturing-Only Orders:
- We verify dimensional accuracy against your provided STLs (±0.1mm tolerance)
- If our QC confirms production error, we reprint immediately
- If the STL files require modification, standard fees apply
